The first trailer for Samurai Warriors 4

Japanese publisher Tecmo Koei released the debut trailer for their upcoming action games Samurai Warriors 4 (Sengoku Musou 4 at home). As with previous editions of this popular game series, the fourth part numbering developed by studio Omega Force.

Like spin-offu Samurai Warriors: Chronicles (has withdrawn exclusively on Nintendo 3DS), a new game will get the ability to switch between multiple characters in the course of a single battle. The plot will unfold as traditionally in the period referred to in Russian "Era of Warring States", also known as the Sengoku period or "Sengoku Jidai" - is mostly the second half of the sixteenth century, when Japan experienced a serious crisis of centralized power and the strongest feudal disunity . In Samurai Warriors 4 player will be able to pass as a separate storylines famous Japanese warriors clans and generalized scenario, marking the successful completion and integration of the historical period most of Japan under the rule of the Tokugawa shogunate. The total number of playable characters will be about fifty, and in the game's story will be a place individuals, deprived of attention in previous editions of the series. As for the mechanics of the game, then in general it will be the same, but will have two new kinds of very powerful attacks, one of which is intended to scatter large crowds of enemy soldiers, but will be completely useless against officers represent a considerable danger. Before fighting techniques were generally universal, and let each character has its own unique set of them. Another feature of the Samurai Warriors 4 will be the visual style, he became even more striking, almost screaming, and the characters and animation of their attacks are even more different from each other in appearance.
